NEW ECRI REPORTS ON FRANCE, GEORGIA, POLAND, AND THE FORMER YUGOSLAV
REPUBLIC OF MACEDONIA - 15 JUNE 2010

ECRI reports noted improvements in the fight against racial
discrimination in all four countries. At the same time, there are still
grounds for concern. See below some of the highlights of ECRIs reports.

FRANCE

Minorities perception of the police and racial profiling, prejudice
against Muslims also expressed in the debate on the prohibition of the
niqab, and the tone of the immigration debate are some of ECRIs main
concerns.
