We will have a considerable number of copies in Russian of a CoE/OSCE
publication which will be printed this Summer, and would like to draft a
list of possible interested persons in anticipation:
RUSSIAN version of "National Minority Standards - A compilation of OSCE
and Council of Europe texts (2007)" is available free-of-charge after
the summer break.
Please send your name and address to [email protected] if you
would like to receive a copy.
The book will be sent on a first come, first served basis within the
limit of stocks
available.
