Dear all,
the European Academy of Bolzano/Bozen (EURAC) has the honour together
with the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) to
invite you to participate in the launching conference of the HCNM
Recommendations on National Minorities in Inter-State Relations.
Given Italy�s positive experience in resolving minority issues in
partnership with Austria in the autonomous region of South Tyrol the
High Commissioner is launching the new recommendations in Bolzano/Bozen.
Following the new recommendations will be known as �Bolzano
Recommendations on National Minorities in Inter-State Relations�.
Thus the international conference will take place from 2-3 October 2008
at the European Academy of Bolzano/Bozen.

can assist with the reservation of the accommodation but the costs of
travel and accommodation have to be borne by participants themselves.
