The Romani Baht Foundation -- Sofia, Bulgaria would like to announce
that it nominates Mrs. Ivanka Ivanova (Open Society Institute -
Bulgaria), Mrs. Deborah Harding (Open Society Institute - New York) and
Mrs. Dimitrina Petrova for the award "The falsely accused angel" that is
presented for outstanding efforts and achievements in the field of
protection of Roma rights at each celebration of the Roma New Year.
