MINELRES: Job: Project on tolerance and improving interethnic relations in Russia

Dear Sir,

Our company is a french consultant company.
We are now preparing a project in Russia "Promotion of tolerance and
improving inter ethnic relations" financed by the European Commission

The project aim at improving the legal framework against extremism,
harmonise legislation of the regional or local level with that of the
federal one, and promote tolerance through media and training to
Ministries of Information, Justice, Interior Affairs, Public Local
administrations,  NGO...

We are looking for a Team Leader (21 months on a 2 years period from
November 2002 based in Moscow) with the following skills:

- preferably Russian speaker
- Knowledge and experience in interethnic tensions
- Experience in Russia
- Experience with NGO
- Promotion of tolerance.

and also for a Lawyer specialist of Minoritiy rights for several
missions for a total of 3 months on a 2 years period.
