UK: receipt of the third cycle State Report
The UK submitted on 23 March 2010 its third state report in English,
pursuant to Article 25, paragraph 1, of the Framework Convention for the
Protection of National Minorities. It is now up to the Advisory
Committee to consider it and adopt an opinion intended for the Committee
of Ministers.

Montenegro: Follow-up seminar on the implementation of the Framework
Convention
The Montenegrin authorities and the Council of Europe organised a
follow-up seminar on 29 March 2010 to discuss how the findings of the
monitoring bodies of the Framework Convention are being implemented in
Montenegro.
