Advisory Committee: adoption of three opinions
The Advisory Committee on the Framework Convention for the Protection of
National Minorities adopted three country-specific opinions under the
second and third cycles of monitoring the implementation of this
convention in States Parties.
The opinions on Bulgaria and Hungary were adopted on 18 March; the
Opinion on Cyprus on 19 March. They are restricted for the time-being.
These three opinions will now be submitted to the Committee of
Ministers, which is to adopt conclusions and recommendations.
