New reports on application of the Charter for Regional or Minority
Languages in Montenegro and the Czech Republic
The Council of Europe has just made public the first report on the
situation of minority languages in Montenegro. In December 2009, it also
made public the first report on minority languages in the Czech
Republic.
These reports have been drawn up by a committee of independent experts
which monitors the application of the European Charter for Regional or
Minority Languages.
