The Joint Master Programme in European Integration and Regionalism (2009
- 2010) is jointly organized by University of Graz (Austria), University
of Zagreb (Croatia) and Autonomous University of Barcelona (Spain) in
cooperation with the European Academy of Bolzano (Italy) and the
European Institute of Public Administration (Luxembourg and Barcelona).
The programme is designed for graduate students, civil servants,
practitioners and academics and it is organized in five modules taking
place in different European cities: Graz (Austria); Luxembourg; Zagreb
(Croatia); Barcelona (Spain) and Bolzano/Bozen (Italy). The modules
cover the following topics:
� Enlarged European Union
� Law of the European Union
� Governance, Public Administration Reform and Economics
� Regional Affairs, Policies, Structures and Management
� Human Rights, Minorities and Diversity Management
Successful participants of the Master programme will be jointly awarded
by the University of Graz, the University of Zagreb and the Autonomous
University of Barcelona the academic degree of a "Master of European
Studies" (M.E.S.)
The deadline for application (academic year 2009 - 2010) is 1 of June
2009. The application forms are available at

Applications can be made either to the full Programme or to single
modules. In the latter case, the attendance of a module will lead to the
award of a certificate.
