Wales in Aberystwyth, Mercator-Legislation/ Ciemen in Barcelona,
Mercator Research Centre on Multilingualism and Language Learning/
Fryske Akademy in Ljouwert / Leeuwarden, the Research Institute for
Linguistics of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences in Budapest and the
Malardalen University in Sweden. It appears eleven times a year and is
