INVITATION
The Institute for Minority Rights
(http://www.eurac.edu/Org/Minorities/IMR/index.htm) at the European
Academy EURAC Bozen/Bolzano in Italy, is proud to announce the
establishment of the Annual EURAC Minority Rights Lecture. The Lecture
will provide for a new forum to adress current minority rights issues
and will be given once a year by a distinguished scholar or practitioner
who in her or his own way has made a specific contribution to the
furthering of minority rights.
The First Minority Rights Lecture dealing with the issue of Political
Participation of Minorities will be given by Prof. Rainer Hofmann from
Germany, on Thursday, 30 November at 19:00.
