Dear MINELRES list members, 

As the relevant MINELRES pages have been recently updated, now all
(known to us) NGO "shadow" reports on implementation of the Council of
Europe Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities
submitted so far, are available online at
http://www.minelres.lv/coe/statereports.htm. 

We are very grateful to the Secretariat of the ACFC for supporting this
update. 

If you aware of any other relevant alternative reports, pls let us know.
