NORWAY SUBMITS ITS SECOND REPORT PURSUANT TO THE FRAMEWORK CONVENTION
FOR THE PROTECTION OF NATIONAL MINORITIES

STRASBOURG, 19.10.2005 � Norway submitted on 19 October 2005 its second
state report, in English, pursuant to Article 25, paragraph 1, of the
Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities. It is
now up to the Advisory Committee to consider it and adopt an opinion
intended for the Committee of Ministers.
