Besnik Mustafaj, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Albania,
delivered a speech on the European future for his country, at a
Breakfast Policy Briefing hosted by the King Baudouin Foundation and the

Living Heritage in South East Europe: results and lessons

Between 2001 and 2005, the Living Heritage programme of the King
Baudouin Foundation supported some 140 local projects in Bosnia and
Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Macedonia and Romania, for a global �2 million.
It was able to nurture innovative practices in strengthening communities
in remote rural areas through a creative use of cultural resources.
