PERSPECTIVES WITHIN THE NEXT 5 YEARS:

1. Establishment of international Romani media corporation on a basis of
already existing "Roma Virtual Network".

2. Formation of all-Romani database with video-archive and library as an
integral part of International Romani Union's structure.

3. Persistent development of "Roma Virtual Network" as a helpful and
useful tool of communication between Roma in CIS & Baltic States and
Roma in other parts of the world.

FINANCIAL NEEDS:

Minimum: 1. The monthly cost of Internet and computer services - 100 US
$.
Permanently.

Possibly: 2. The monthly cost of editorial work and translations into
Russian - 352 US $.
Permanently or for a certain period.

Calculated via: local Israeli minimum - 4 US $ per hour, 4 hours a day,
5 days a week,
4 weeks in a month + 2 additional days.

Possibly: 3. The purchase of a new computer with accessories - 1600 US$.
One time donation.

Until today the activities of Roma Virtual Network were financially
supported with occasional donations by friendly individuals, churches
and NGOs, but there is a need in a permanent sponsor already familiar
with Roma issues.
