Dear Friends,
Please find enclosed a call for applications for the seminar
"Islamophobia and its Consequences on Young People" organised by the
Council of Europe's Directorate of Youth and Sport and the European
Commission against Racism and Intolerance from 1 to 6 June 2004 at the
European Youth Centre in Budapest.
The seminar aims to contribute to combatting Islamophobia by
identifying measures for political and educational action to increase
the understanding and respect for religious diversity among young
people in Europe.
The working languages of the training course will be English and French.
Please note that the deadline for applications is 13 April 2004.
