MINELRES: Reminder: Update of MINELRES links

Dear MINELRES list readers, 

As we informed you about one year ago, we had to change the URL of the
MINELRES website, as the previous domain www.riga.lv had been
appropriated by the Riga city council. We managed to negotiate keeping
redirect for several months, but recently the redirect was finally
cancelled. Lately we received some complaints that the old links to
MINELRES were dead. Therefore, we would like to remind you that all
"old" links (www.riga.lv/minelres/...) should be replaced with
www.minelres.lv/...
