The Christmas is coming, and as usual, we announce a break in our
postings. We would like to thank you for your continuous interest in
minority rights and wish you all peace, equality and dignity in your
countries, regardless of your faith, political views, gender, skin
colour, mother tongue. We wish you all happy holidays and meet you again
in January 2004!
