ERRC Job Announcement: Researcher

The European Roma Rights Center seeks to hire a staff researcher to work
in its Budapest office. The staff researcher would work in the framework
of the ERRC Programmes Unit, Research and Policy Department, and would
be responsible inter alia for undertaking first-hand human rights field
research in various countries, and writing reports based on the findings
of such research.

Requires:

- A university degree, preferably in law, human rights, political
science or a related humanities or social science field
- Proficiency in written English
- Extensive knowledge of and familiarity with issues facing Roma and
Romani communities

Prefers:

- Knowledge of Romani language
- Previous experience in human rights

Salary and benefits:

- Commensurate with experience
