"KNOW THE PAST - MAKE YOUR FUTURE"
9 NOVEMBER: INTERNATIONAL DAY AGAINST FASCISM AND ANTISEMITISM
Activities already scheduled in 31 Countries!

CHECK THE LIST OF ACTIVITIES ONLINE!
UNITED for Intercultural Action co-ordinates the European-wide campaign
"International Day Against Fascism and Antisemitism". In the framework
of the UNITED campaign organisations in 31 countries have already
planned activities (see examples below). A regularly updated list of the
activities that take place all over Europe can be found on the
UNITED-website http://www.unitedagainstracism.org (see: Campaigns/9
November).

JOIN THE CAMPAIGN!
We want to commemorate the victims of the Holocaust and at the same time
promote an open Europe against racism, nationalism, fascism and
antisemitism.
"KNOW THE PAST -MAKE YOUR FUTURE" will be our common slogan for this
year's campaign.
We are still looking for more organisations that want to organise
additional action during this campaign, since more action will make the
common campaign stronger! You don't need to organise something big: even
small or local action (like issuing a press release by your
organisation) will help to promote an alternative to exclusion,
intolerance and xenophobia.

SEND IN YOUR ACTIVITIES!
Inform the UNITED-secretariat about your activities. We will include
them in the list of activities and let organisations all over Europe,
the media and the public know about it. If we link our activities in a
common framework the movement against discrimination will become
stronger.

SEND IN MATERIAL!
UNITED will produce a European activity report with the help of your
material! Please send us press clipping, photo's, the material you
produced etc.
