I would like to ask about one document: the 5 October 1956 Decree of
the USSR Supreme Council "On labour involvement of vagabond Gypsies".

This document was in power in Lithuania until 1992, but it is
difficult to find the text of the document in Kaunas (Lithuania).

Possibly, somebody has an electronic version of the decree?

I would be grateful for assistance.
