Dear Friends,
I am pleased to inform you that the Institute for Human Rights offers a
Course on the International Protection of Human Rights on 24 February -
7 March 2003. The course aims at providing a general overview and
discussion of the international system for the protection of human
rights. The course fee, which includes lodging in double rooms at the
University's guesthouse, written materials and two receptions, is EUR
800. For those not requiring lodging, the fee is EUR 580
The course receives financial support from the Finnish Ministry for
Foreign Affairs.
Details of the course, including application forms, can be obtained

scholarships, please see the application form. The deadline for
applications is 24 January 2003.
