Dear list members,

I prepared a paper named "The Constitutional Process in the Autonomous
Republic of Crimea in the Context of Interethnic Relations and
Conflict Settlement" for the project "Fuzzy Statehood and European
Integration in Eastern and Central Europe" (funded by ESRC, UK). It
will be presented to the workshop in the University of Birmingham on
10 March, 2000. To those of you who might be interested in the topic,
