Dear MINELRES list members,
 
I have recently completed a graduate thesis, under the supervision of
Professor Gudmundur Alfredsson, in the fulfilment of the masters
programme at the Raoul Wallenberg Institute of Human Rights and
Humanitarian Law in Lund, Sweden.
 
The thesis deals with the right to access to education of the Roma in
Sweden. An examination is made of to what extent Sweden lives up to
existing international human rights standards with regard to access to
education.
