Dear Murat,
 
I don’t have information about conference in Lublijana in March 2000,
but I was week ago in Sarajevo, where this topic the Stability Pact in
Southeast-Europe was discussed by participants of meeting Human Rights
House Network.

I think that people in Sarajevo should know more detail about it. The
good persons to ask are: Mirjana Malic or Srdjan Dizdarevic, e-mail:
