Re: AFP: Conference on Balkan minorities planned (Stability
Pact)

Dear all;

I am interested in Minority Problems in the Balkan region. I would
like to attend the Conference on Balkan Minorities within the
framework of the Stability Pact in Southeast-Europe, in Ljubliana in
March 2000 with a paper about the Turkish Minority in Western Thrace
(Greece). I am assoc.professor of Modern Turkish History in the
Institute of Atatrk-Studies and Modern Turkish History at the
Hacettepe University-Ankara.
My e-mail is: <[email protected]>
I would be grateful if you could provide me further information,

Sincerely yours.

>From the moderator: Indeed, additional information about the planned
Conference on Balkan minorities within the framework of Stability Pact
(see MINELRES posting of October 31,
http://racoon.riga.lv/minelres/archive//10311999-09:51:34-13097.html)
must be of interest to many list members. Is anybody aware of the
details - schedule, participation, agenda, etc?
Boris
