Dear friends!
 
Sorry for mistake (very strange for us as well as for you).
 
Somehow our Invitation to the NGO Working Group on Conflict Management
meeting sent to Boris Tsilevich personally was published on the
MINELRES.
 
So now we expect the millions of participants (and their travel 
expanses as well (-:  ). We are, well, a little bit nervous about it.
 
Unfortunately the number of Meeting participants is LIMITED, all the
invitations are already sent and WE HAVE NO POSSIBILITY TO INVITE MORE
PEOPLE!

misunderstanding... I thought that just information about this meeting
taking place, as well as very comprehensive background description,
were definitely of great interest for the MINELRES subscribers. Also
anticipated output, the materials produced by the meeting must be very
interesting. Indeed, I did confuse mailboxes and didn't realize the
posting might cause problems for the organizers... My apologies to
Mikhail, Andre and all who might get misinfomed.
