Seminar report: Minority, Religious Rights in the Balkans


Dear all, 

The MINELRES received the final report from the seminar 'Minority
Rights and the Freedom of Religion in Balkan Countries', Herceg-Novi,
September 24-26, 1999, compiled by Florian Bieber (114 Kb in Word
format). The seminar was organized by the International Helsinki
Federation for Human Rights within the Multi-national Program of NGO
Human Rights Cooperation In the Framework of the Royaumont Process.
The report will be sent to all interested persons by request.
