Dear colleagues,

The Moscow School of Human Rights has opened the new Russian-language
mailing list ([email protected]). It is intended for
information and ideas exchange in all fields concerning to human
rights, democracy, culture of peace, tolerance education etc.

The welcome topics in these fields are:

- information about current and forthcoming events;
- publication and discussion of Russian, foreign and international
normative documents and recommendations of any level, as well as their
drafts;
- discussion of content and methodical aspects of teaching; exchange
of experience in this field;
- bibliography and discussion of publications, issues, video films,
Internet resources, guidelines and manuals;
- information about human rights observance and protection, as well as
about other aspects of civil society's life which could be used in
teaching as an artwork;
- information about grants, discussion of fund raising problems and
looking for partners for project realization.

The target group of the mailing list are students of school or
university system, teachers and professors, staff of advanced training
systems, officers of educational authorities, and representatives of
non-governmental organizations. Though the mailing list is oriented
first of all for citizens of Russia, there is no obstacles for joining
to the list by residents of the former Soviet Union and any
Russian-speaking people at all.

The project of the Moscow School of Human Rights is carried out with
financial and technical support of the International Research and
Exchange Board (IREX) for funds of the Carnegie Corporation, N.Y.

In order to join to the mailing list, please send the message
containing only the word of "subscribe", to
[email protected]. You'll receive the Russian-language
message about the basic commands of the list and rules of its work.
Please note that all messages being sent to the list must be in
Russian.
