Re: Conference on Illegal Migration in Moscow: Appeal for
Assistance

Dear Anna Rubtsova and colleagues,

I recommend consulting the website of the Centre for European
Migration and Ethnic Studies (CEMES) in this matter:

http://www.cemes.org/

In the left-hand column, click on European Directory. Then click on
the desired country to find names and addresses of institutes involved
in migration issues. Represented here is the survey entitled "Ethnic
Studies in Europe: A Survey of Research Centers and Resources." It is
a unique report on social science research on interethnic relations
and human rights in Europe. It is based on information supplied by
more than three hundred research organisations, institutes, and
university departments.

Sincerely,

William McKinney
