Conference on Illegal Migration in Moscow: Appeal for
Assistance

Dear colleagues,

The program on migration and citizenship of the Carnegie Moscow Center
(headquarter - Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, Washington)
is going to hold an international conference on illegal migration and
the ways of regularization of undocumented migrants. We plan to invite
scientists from Russia, Great Britain, Greece, Portugal, France and
Italy and try to compare the international experience of solving these
problems with a Russian one. The conference will take place in Moscow,
Russia in late October (approximate date for the conference is
October, 22nd.) The Carnegie Moscow Center covers all travel and
accommodation fees. We would be very grateful if you could recommend
us and give contact numbers of scientists or practical workers from
the following countries: Italy, Portugal, Greece and France
(English-speaking person is preferable) who are experts in this field
and who could make a 15-20 minutes presentation at the conference. It
doesn't matter whether he/she works for governmental or
non-governmental organization. We would be very grateful to you for
your assistance.

Thank you very much in advance.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Yours faithfully,

Anna Rubtsova,
Project Associate
Program on Migration and Citizenship
