List matters


Dear all, 

I am sorry to announce that you will not receive any MINELRES postings
this week anymore. The reason for this break is the list moderator's
participation in the UN conference in Yalta, devoted to the 50th
anniversary of the Universal Declaration. The subject of my
presentation at the conference is quite relevant to the MINELRES field
- approaches to overcoming discrimination in the Baltic states. I will
be back from Yalta on Sunday, and hopefully on Monday, September 7
MINELRES functioning will be renewed. There will be one more shorter
break in the end of the next week too (from 11th till 13th September),
I will inform you about this later. 

I am sorry in advance for not responding to any personal messages this
week too.
