To all members and friends of the European Research Forum on Migration
and Ethnic Relations
 
Dear colleagues and friends,
 
A few weeks ago we sent you the invitation to our next
EUROFOR-conference dealing with "European Metropolises and Cultural
Boundaries". The conference will take place in Berlin from October
19th to 22nd, 2000.
 
The application deadline has gone by and very few have applied so far.
Therefore we would like to encourage all interested young researchers
who fulfill the criteria (i.e. 35 or younger and citizen of an EU or
one of the following states: Liechtenstein, Iceland, Israel, Norway,
Albania, Armenia, Azerbaidjan, Belarus, Bosnia Herzegovina, Bulgaria,
Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, FYROM, Georgia, Hungary, Latvia,
Lithuania, Malta, Moldova, Poland, Rumania, Russia, Slovakia,
Slovenia, Turkey or Ukraine) to send their application with an
abstract until Monday 14 August, 2000. You will find the programme and
the application form attached again.
