Re: TransCaucasus: A Chronology: May 1998

Dear all,

On May 11 the information about 'the monthly publication,
"TransCaucasus: A Chronology," covering significant events in Armenia,
Georgia, Azerbaijan and Nagorno Karabagh' was posted to the MINELRES
list (see list archive at
http://www.riga.lv/minelres/archive/05111998-09:28:55-16315.html).
Eldar Zeynalov <[email protected]> forwarded to me a letter
containing strong critical remarks about this publication. In
particular, its author Adil Baguirov <[email protected]> wrote:

I apologise to Adil Baguirov for forwarding only excerpts from his
posting, the matter is that I am not sure if the entire text was
intended for broad dissemination. Anyway, MINELRES subscribers who are
interested in the issue, can receive the list of corrections mentioned
above either from Eldar Zeynalov (please, keep in mind that Eldar will
be away to CISCONF Steering Committee meeting in Geneva till June 19) or
from MINELRES moderator (sorry, this time I can't promise responding
within 24 hours for I am far away from my office too, next Wednesday is
the real date), or might contact Adil Baguirov directly.
