Dear colleagues, 

The MINELRES WWW site currently under construction will include, beside
other information, also directory of NGOs and research institutions dealing
- in this or that way - with the problems of minorities in Central and
Eastern Europe. Of course, data about several organizations already included
. Nevertheless, for the purpose of compiling more informative database, may
I ask you to provide basic info about your organizations, as well as other
NGOs/institutions you believe may be relevant and worth mentioning within
the context above. The best thing is if the corresponding body has its own
homepage, in this case I will just add the link to it. If it hasn't, it is
desirable to send a brief information to put on the MINELRES server.
