Re: Letter to the IHF and the Norwegian Helsinki Committee

Dear Friends and colleagues,

I am writing to express my satisfaction about your letter to the IHF
and the Norwegian Helsinki Committee. Though my organization does not
belong to the IHR network, we were their partners during last three
years - sharing information with them, contributing materials to their
Annual Reports and taking part in some events during their recent
visit to Kyrgyzstan. When the IHF letter to Serbian NGOs first came to
my attention, I had a very sour feeling about it. I fully agree with
you that it was not a position of non biased human rights activists
but rather the sort of pro-NATO propaganda. I cannot but regret that
this well-known and respected organization acted in such arrogant and
non-balanced manner.

I request you to add my name and the name of my organization to the
list of signatures.

Sincerely,

Natalia Ablova, Director,
