DPI WEBSITE FOR DIPLOMATIC CONFERENCE ON ESTABLISHMENT OF
INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT TO BE LAUNCHED TODAY, 22 MAY
 
The Department of Public Information (DPI) is launching at 1 p.m.
today, 22 May,  the United Nations website for the Diplomatic
Conference of Plenipotentiaries on the Establishment of an
International Criminal Court, which will be held in Rome from 15 June
to 17 July.
 
The website will be updated daily throughout the Conference to enable
anyone  interested to follow the deliberations. It will also include
the daily programme  of the Conference, statements, press releases,
documents, photographs and audio news. Background information on the
draft statute of the court as well as on key  issues to be discussed
at Rome are already available on the site.
