Correction: Azerbajian draft law on minorities 


Dear MINELRES list members, 

We are very sorry for a stupid mistake we made with the MINELRES
posting of 29/5/2000 with the subject "Azerbaijan: New draft law on
minorities". The original sender of this message was Human Rights
Center of Azerbaijan, not Human Rights Committee of Azerbaijan as was
by mistake mentioned in the message. The latter organisation also
exists in Azerbaijan but is different from the Center headed by
well-known human rights activist Eldar Zeynalov. Our apologies to
Eldar and all subcribers.
