Dear Friends,

We are pleased to announce the first Human Rights Information Center
put together by Peace Corp. Volunteers in Ukraine on the internet,
free of charge.  The Center contains information from the Human Rights
Conference in Odesa with articles from law students and professors on
the human rights situation in Ukraine.  We would eventually like to
expand this center to include a wealth of information on different
human rights topics in the NIS/Eastern Europe region. Moreover, we are
hoping to establish links with other human rights organizations, who
will advertise our site and vise versa.  If you have any human rights
articles/publications or up-coming human rights events in this region,
please let us know.  We are interested in your in-put and your
feedback.
