Info query: education of national minorities in the OSCE area

Dear friends,

On behalf of the UN Special Rapporteur on the right to education, Ms
Katarina Tomasevski, I am conducting research on the education of
national minorities in the OSCE area. I would be grateful for
information on recent publications/reports/ compilations of
statistics/ jurisprudence related to this topic. I would like to take
the Hague Recommendations on the Education of National Minorities of
the High Commissioner for National Minorities of the OSCE as a point
of departure for this investigation and have consequently been in
contact with that office. I would also like to request alternative
views on specific country situations from the NGO community.

I thank you for your help.

Sincerely,

Duncan Wilson
