As the best comment to the transmitted paper I consider to recommend  the
German book: Klaus BITTERMAN (Hg.), Serbien muss sterben.  Wahrheit und Luge
im jugoslavischen Burgerkrieg, Berlin 1994, S.204,  "Critica Diabolis" B. 45
. There are more facts, not known only to  those, who do not want to know
about them.
