Dear friends and others!
 
Crimean Tatars the indigenous people of Crimea are seeking Justice in
these days. They are trying to establish in their ancestral homelands
after an unjust deportation in 1944 by Stalin and his comrades.
 
The Foundation for Research and Support of the Indigenous Peoples of
Crimea On behalf of Mejlis of Crimean Tatar People has prepared a
draft-Report About the situation in Crimea in accordance with the
article 25 of the Framework Convention for the Protection of National
Minorities to the Council of Europe.
 
Could some of the International law experts (especially on Council of
Europe and Minorities) would like to look at this report and to give
to the Crimean tatar Milli mejlis any suggestions recommendations.

complete report (some 165 kb).
