Two more documents are now available online on the MINELRES web site: 

Resolution (97) 10: Rules adopted by the Committee of ministers on the
monitoring arrangements under Articles 24 to 26 (thanks again to

I am sorry to inform you that there will a break in MINELRES postings
till May 18 because of the moderator's next business-trip. Please,
feel free to continue submissions, I will forward them to the list
