MINELRES 2nd anniversary

Dear MINELRES subscribers,

Precisely two years ago the MINELRES list began functioning. Frankly,
latest developments in the field of minority rights, protection of
refugees and ethnic conflict management might make one feel frustrated
- it seems two years ago we could hardly foresee so grave problems in
Europe... Of course, it is just emotional, and of course we minority
rights workers ought to continue (and develop) our activities. Anyway,
instead of going on, I just enclose two short postings which make me
believe that the MINELRES list really helps at least some people
involved in this difficult work.

Yours,

Boris

Re: Query: Minority related legislation in Slovenia?

Dear Boris,

thank you for your reply. I have ECRI's reports on some
countries, and should check whether they include Slovenia. I
also received other responses, so, MINELRES is finctioning
indeed!

Best regards,

Natalya
