The following new materails have been sent to the MINELRES database by
Eldar Zeynalov (HR Center of Azerbaijan):

- Situation in Lezgin Region (November - December 1997) - in Russian,
MSDOS Cyrillic encoding, 38 Kb or 17,5 Kb file encoded with UUENCODE
and compressed with ZIP; 

- Situation in Lezgin Region (January - March 1998) - in Russian,
MSDOS Cyrillic encoding, 32 Kb or 15,5 Kb file encoded with UUENCODE
and compressed with ZIP; 

- CASPIAN CHRONICLE Volume 5, Issue 43, April 15, 1998, in English, 35
