Question on Kosovo


Dear Boris,
 
Can you tell me where I could find more information regarding the Oslo
Peace Process and how borrowed techniques from the process could be
used as a forum for mediation in Kosovo?  Also, what do you recommend
for following European Union and UN discussion on Serb-Kosovar
Albanian violence?
