Council of Europe Website for Minority Issues

We are very pleased to announce that the Directorate General of Human
Rights within the Council of Europe recently opened a website
specifically devoted to minority issues. This website is now available
at the following address:

http://www.humanrights.coe.int/minorities/index.htm

It will be a few days before it is incorporated into the Council of
Europe main website, but, when this happens, the address will remain
the same. You will note that the simplest presentation has been used
to bring you the most important information. We look forward to
receiving your comments/suggestions.
