I am not sure that the OSCE HCNM Max van der Stoel has already
prepared a report of his visit. Usually he writes a kind of thank-you
letter to the minister whom he has contacted including his
recommendations after he has reconsidered what he has learned at the
meeting.

I made good experiences whith contacting his office directly.
