Greetings,

speaking of language issues, i recently came across a reference to the
use of the Arabic script in Croatian in the early modern period.  I
assume this was for the native Muslim population in Bosnia (as opposed
to Turkish immigrants).  The footnote stated that it was used
continually as late as the turn of last century.  This might be a bit
off topic for this list, but can anyone provide further references to
this?  I have not been able to find anything on this since.
