NGOs in Perm/Russia?

Dear all,

I am a member of amnesty international group and work within in a
lawyers network espacially on the human rights situation in Russia. We
decided, that we will focus our work on the Perm region. For this
reason, it would be very heplful if some other members of the list
helped me to get in contact with NGOs in Perm or can give any other
information on the Perm region. We know that there must be a strong
NGO-network with which we would like to get in touch. We also know
that there must be a detention camp. If you have any information on
this, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Thank you very much for your help
Bettina Giesecke

>From the moderator: Dear Bettina, you might try to check the list of
Russian human rights NGOs at
http://www.glasnet.ru/~hronline/ngo/indfr.htm (unfortunately, only in
Russian), or a simuilar list of the Law and Human Rights Organizations
compiled by the Center for Civil Society International at
http://solar.rtd.utk.edu/~ccsi/nisorgs/nislegal.htm (in English).
